Description: A hard-reset experimental compiler core for a declared
        subset of R. The package now starts from typed schemas, classed
        diagnostics, explicit compiler contracts, shape-aware
        intermediate representations, and generic backend planning.
        Initial source printers consume a backend-neutral lowered
        program rather than owning compiler semantics.
